Blended Learning Opt-In Window for Families: Wed, March 24 – Fri, April 9
Families requesting to change from 100% remote to blended learning should complete and submit the Learning Preference Survey during this window.
Families can also call 311 to complete the survey over the phone.

Greetings QIRT students, parents, and families,
We are very excited to welcome back to the building our blended learning students. Families who have elected for blended learning can return to the building on Monday, March 22nd.
Blended learning at the building will now be 5 days per week. If you wish to have your child attend classes at the school building, you must complete the weekly testing consent form available below.
Please see the accompanying DOE letter for more details. A copy of the testing consent is directly below this note. It is also being mailed home to families and is accessible digitally through your NYC Schools Account at mystudent.nyc.
The school must have a completed testing consent form by March 26, or you will automatically become remote. There is currently no ability to change from remote to blended learning.
